Great value for this area. We were moved to a queen room and had heating, an electronic key card and a radio. Walking distance to Serafina, where you can have lunch.

Serviceminded and helpfull staff, central location near to subways, a bit "exotic" environment in Chinatown.
The "breakfast" was miserable, but there were several cheap breakfast-restaurants near to the hotel. The beds were very hard, but a friendly staff helped to get several blankets to put upon the mattress, which made it tolerable. The hotel is recommended to get new mattresses anyhow!!

The hotel was very reasonably priced and near to subway station. The train that a few people have complained about didn't bother us at all and although we could hear it it didn't keep us up even though we were at the front of the building nearest the tracks.
It was in the centre of chinatown which wasn't very convenient for us for amenities.

Everything is good. They are cheap price, good location, nice staffs
only one thing is bad that I saw lot of hair on my bed. It makes me feel disgusting. Actually, the room was clean.....but why didn't clean hair. It meant someone was sleeping there without changing the sheet

They gave me a room with newly installed sound proof windows. It works great,I slept vey well. The satff is great, I am really happy about my stay in this hotel and have a very nice New York experience.

We choose to stay here for two major reasons: 1.very close to a bus station from where go to Washington DC 2. very good price. It turns out the hotel is very nice; well organized and quite room, friendly staff.
